Cask at Halfway House, Edinburgh. Deep golden. Sweet and fruity. Lightly buttery with medium body and rounded malt. Salty finish. A well made, lager-like ale, but not all that interesting.

Cask handpull at Halfway House, Edinburgh. Gold, lasting white head. Fine. It’s a standard gollden bitter, soft in the mouth.

Cask at Merton Summer Beer Festival 06-07-07. Poured amber in colour with white head. Not as hoppy as I hoped, some caramel some hops with nice maltiness, this was a nice beer but lacking in authority a little.
