Golden Sour with Strawberries, Tayberries, vanilla and hibiscus
Brewed for Damnation Festival 2022, this blended golden sour beer was fermented with multiple Brettanomyces strains and refermented on 160g/l strawberries and 120g/l tayberries, both grown locally to the brewery. We also added a touch of hibiscus and Tanzanian vanilla to soften and round out this complex fruit profile.
