A quintessential golden ale brewed for refreshing easy drinking. Our soft Highland water allows the full floral flavour of the hops to come through the beer.

Guildford arms cask. I really enjoyed this guy. Poured a clear gold with small head. Nice and creamy to finish.

500ml bottle. Pours clear golden with a smooth white head, good retention. Aroma: some mild citrussy hops and grainy malt. Taste: pretty much as the aroma, citrussy floral hops, pleasant malty base. Medium body and carbonation, nice mouthfeel. An average beer.

500ml bottle @Les Vignerons (Rome). Pours golden with a medium white head. Aroma of fruits, apple, floral notes, malt. Flavour is a bit unbalanced, medium malt profile with a little bitter end. Medium body, light carbonation. No.

Bottle at brew night. Pours clear golden amber, thick white head. Aromas of butterscotch and grains. Taste is better, but on the sweet side for me. OK.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Grain, floral hops and a hint of tea in the aroma. Hoppy and slightly grainy taste with notes of lemon, tea and a hint of grapefruit. Not bad, but not up to the usual high standards from this brewery.
