Vår stolthet. Brygget av utvalgte maltsorter og den fineste humle.

Brygget i regnet.

Draught at café in Eidfjord, Norway, 9.8.2012. Pale golden colour with a small, creamy white head. Light aroma with malts - hay and little bread - some citric hops. Light sweet taste. Light to medium body with a thin texture, average carbonation. Some "pilsener-softness". Short, sweet finish, some pepper-like bitterness at the far end. Boring and expensive.

Some pizza place in Voss, can: Pours a pale gold. It has a musky lager aroma. Taste is grainy with some ugly hop taste. This is not a tasteless lager, but the taste that it has is not very good.

28/05 A 0.5 l can courtesy of Marko, thanks for sharing! It poured golden body with medium sized head. Decent pale lager aroma, hay, some herbal hops, eggy malt, but not repulsive. Flavor was balanced between bitter hops and sweet malt, had bread, toast and herbal counterparts. Medium bodied with longer herbal and cardboard finish. Simple but effective, nothing great, mass production pilsener, but pleasant enough.

0.33l can from the B Hyper supermarket near Varaždin, shared with heavy. Golden body, small, lasting white head. Dry herbal aroma. Slightly eggy. Bready and herbal taste, again, slightly eggy. Ok, drinkable light pils. Dusty bitter finish and aftertaste. No real faults. No reason to import it and sell it for 9kn a can, but hey...

Pils that is very much un-pils-like, mostly due to the soapy chemical texture.

Dark gold with no head. Flavour is sweet and malty. This offers little in terms of taste or refreshment.

Clear straw-yellow. Small white head that dont stay for long. Some corn sweetnes. Grassy and hay flavoured. Medium bitter. Thin and watery, light body. Fizzy in the beginning, soon flat. A horribel interpretation of the chech classic.
