Bottle, 4.5%. Vinous and yeasty aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small tan head. The flavour is vinous, slightly spicy. Light maltiness. High carbonation. A little citric note, that tastes all right, but reminds me of a beginning infection.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a diminished white head. Mild vegetable and malty aroma with a light fruity hops note. Bitter and dry flavoured into the finish with a light vegetable alongside this.

Bottle, batch 835, served at a fine drinking temperature at Den Gode Nabo in Trondheim. Collapsing white head, leaving a few floaters on top of a dark, amber body. Display of nice laceworks. Dusty, herbal aroma with hops breaking through. The flavours are performed mostly by bread-like malts but added by spices and sweet fruity dryness. A welcoming bitter twist to the finish. Rather flat and dry on the swallow. Sufficient powerful for its alcohol strength (12.03.2009).

Bottle. (#813) It pours a nice dark golden to copper body with a good carbonation forming a dense, off-white head. Sediments in the bottle. Even though I left most of the sediments in the bottle, yeast dominates the aroma. Fruityness and caramel sweetness in the background. The hops are more evident in the mouth, where it gives a citrusy flavor and a pleasant bitterness. Fruity too, and with malt and caramel. Smooth, medium body. Maybe a bit on the sweet side, almost candy-like notes, but finishes with a nice fruityness and bitterness. A pleasant welcome from Norway’s maybe smallest brewery. (081120)

500 ml bottle, brew #838, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Amber to brown colour, moderate off-white creamy head. The aroma has malts, some fruit, juniper, resin and hops. Fizzy mouthfeel, could have been fuller. The flavour has resin, some malts and moderate "dusty" / dry hops in the finish. Not bad, but probably better with "trøndersodd" than on its own.
