Dark reddish brown colour with a fine beige topp. Good lacing. Roasted caramel malt aroma. Moderate sweet and a fine bitterness. Medium pluss body. A fine mild roasted caramel malt flavour with a nice bitter finnish. Some fruity notes. Tasty and easy drinkable.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 1 Oct 2011) Dark reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, sweetish nose with notes of dried fruit and roasted malt. Malty taste with roasted malt, dried fruit, treacle, brown sugar and a slightly spicy finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Decent but fairly boring.

Reddish/brown with a small head. Well, unfortunately, but it was not good enough. Pale and awkward. Not Christmassy, tasted mostly malt, bread and some "cardboard".

500ml Bottle (Tack Nina :) ) - Brown in colour. Fruity aroma with caramel and raisins detected. Tangy, fruity and malty taste with caramel and raisins detected.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry, bitter, and toffeeish finish.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. DArk brown amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter strong chocolate flavor. Average moderate bitter nice finish. OIly palate. Well balanced malty/chocolate dunkelbock.

Deep burgundy with a huge beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and toffee. Flavour was sweet with toffee, caramel and roasted malt. Finished sweet.
