Fine-tasting Dorset perry made from Hendre Huffcap and Winnal's Longdon varieties of perry pear in an 80:20 ratio. Unsweetened draught perry. Our first ever perry release, so be one of the first to try it. Very small batch that won't be around for long. We harvest the pears by hand from our own unsprayed orchard. The fruit is thoroughly washed in spring water before being pressed. No added sulphites

BIAB at Newcastle Beer and Cider Festival 10Apr2025. Hazed golden colour, no head and aroma of ripe pears, funk. Taste is sweet, peary, funky, meadow, straw, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet peary finish. Quite drinkable.

Bag in Box at Petersgate Tap, Stockport. Pours opaque pale yellow and flat. Earthy, mild solvents, unripe pear, plenty of pear skin funk. Dry taste. An interesting flavour journey, didn't love it though
