Sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, cheers Simon! Orangey golden colour, white foam head that slowly dissipates and aroma of soured apple, funk, alittle caramel. Taste is tart, tangy, acetic hint, apple, some skin and core, caramel, with drying citric acidity. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart sour finish. Quite drinkable.

Can from Old Shoe, Sheffield. Pours clear dark gold with dissipating white to opaque bubbles. Aroma & taste: Sharp, citric, tangy, minor caramel, mildly funky, moderately tannic. Uber dry. Towards medium body with low carbonation.
