Bottle 50cl. @ home.Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Quit lively beer out of the bottle all over the tabel ;o( Aroma is light to moderate malty, honey, citrus, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090304]

Bottle, 4.2%. Fruity and slightly sweet flavour. Almost clear pale yellow colour, small white head. The flavour is quite clean with a hint of honey. Not the sweetness from honey, but the flavour. One of the more successful of the honey beers i have had.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is nectar and sweet fruits. Flavour is sour wood, fruityness and also some hay, grass and mild flowery hops.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale golden color with a fast disappearing white head. Fruity slightly yeasty malty aroma with some weak hints of honey. Fruity malty citrus aroma with some tart hints and also some hints of honey. Fruity malty finish with some weak honey in the aftertaste.

Cask, handpump from the New Inn pub, adjacent to the brewery October 2004 . A pale golden beer with a nice hoppy and citrus taste their was some honey in the taste but it didn’t particularly stand out. this slipped down well but didn’t particularly stand out for me. A5 A3 F6 P3 Ov13 3.0 Had this again Cask at the Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks, 27-07-09 Pours mid gold with a loose white filmy head. Aroma is very floral, perfumed big honey nose with some hops. Big upfront honey sweetness, there is a back of the mouth bitterness, touch dry, good stuff, re-rated because much better than I previously recall. A7 A3 F7 P4 Ov14 3.5

A hazy orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of honey and yeast. The flavor is very sweet with notes of honey and rosehips leading to a dry end.
