6/10/2023. Bottle shared at Ulfborg. Region # 436. Japanese region 25/47. Pours clear golden pink with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is plummy, rice water, almond, marzipan. Very sweet with a tart edge. Medium body, sticky, no carbonation. Different, in a nice way.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Nearly clear amber-ish, no head, slightly oily. Marzipan and almond aroma. Plum flavour, sweet with a more marzipan.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear golden without head. Aroma is sweet, plum and heavy marzipan. Flavor is quite sweet

Yellow colour. Strong almond aroma. Powerful plumb flavor. Some almond notes. Long great finish. Creamy palate.
