Dieses Bier gehört zur Gattung der Leichtbiere und spricht vor allem die Kalorienbewußten unter uns an. Durch ein spezielles Herstellungsverfahren enthält es ca. 40% weniger Alkohol als ein normales Vollbier, entfaltet aber trotzdem sein volles Bieraroma beim Genuss. Von dieser Sorte darf es gern ein Glas mehr sein!

Trocken herber Beginn. Getreidig, dann etwas brotig, dabei aber keinesfalls süß sondern zunehmend herb, moderat bitter. Eher schwacher Körper und kurzer Abgang. Hab schon Schlechteres getrunken. 8/7/9/7/8/7

Scherdel Light, Flasche von Getränke Hoffmann, Hof. - Dunkelgoldgelb, klar. - In der Nase recht schmales helles Malz und sehr milde kräuterige Hopfung, ein wenig hart. - Antrunk dünn hellmalzig mit leichten muffig-ranzigen Zügen und sparsamer herbaler Herbe, die in matte zitronenschalige Bittere übergeht. Sparsame Restsüße. Dünn im Mund. Erst beim dritten und vierten Schluck wird es runder. Im Abgang dezente, leicht zitronige Hopfung. - Aromatisch etwas unrundes Schankbier, dennoch trinkbar. Optisch Gold, kaum Schaum. In der Nase leicht hopfig, im Trunk leicht Hopfen und Getreide, geht schon.

Bottle. Clear golden, big lacing white head. Medium light straw malt base, no wortines to speak off, grassy hops. Pleasant enough.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, getreidig. Geschmack leicht malzig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Starts mild but not washy, malty, a bit moldy, spicy, some wheaty notes. Finish again milder. Quite drinkable. Okay.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and cardboard. The body is light.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, cardboard, paper. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090322]
