The bottle looks very bio-like, the beer in the glass is okay. Starts quite sweet, modest spicy, also fruity, like peach. Finish still sweet, well balanced. Interesting!

Bottle, 5.6%. Weak marcipan aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour. Almost no head. The flavour has a bit of paper, grassy hop note. There is also some plastic in there, but not so much that it ruins the beer totally.

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with skunky notes of wheat, while the flavor is sweet with dry cardboard notes.

Bottle (333ml, bought at the brasserie): Hazy, golden coloured, stable white foamy layer, sweet orangey-lemony nose with a grainy (spel?) touch; sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; faint sweetish-fruity finish with a tinge of tartness in the very end. Unspectacular........

(33cl bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a fluffy, minimal off-white foamy head. Slightly dusty and sweet malty, bready nose with subtle fruity notes (apples). Medium-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate to crispy carbonation. Malty taste with a distinctive spelt-character, furthermore bready and slightly fruity (apples); malt-accented, sweet and slightly bitter finish with notes of vanilla and a very faint herbal hoppy touch. Rather unconvincing but at least interesting brew.

Test vom 17.4.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,7,5,7,7 - 7,10

Bottle
Quite dusty cardboardy aroma with a rather weird sweetish quality from the spelt. Flat golden look - o head to talk about. The sweet note goes again in the flavor - its rather nasty actually, light clove - then just minerally dust. Is it really supposed to taste like this? Well its the second bottle in a row that does....
