The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts strong and yeasty, modest sourish, the finish is much too dry and floury. Not my favourite!

Bottle, 5.6%. Weak plastic aroma, not too bad. Hazy grey amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is a little old, yeasty and malty, but drinkable.

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Slightly hazy, pale golden, small, but persistent white foam, a touch of vegetables in the wheaty, a bit phenolic nose; medium bodied, moderate sweet, slightly bitter flavour; sweetish-fruity (bananas), a bit tart and bitter finish. Neither pleasant nor disgusting.........

(bottle) Hazy, orange colour with a big foamy white head. Slightly yeasty and sweet malty aroma, moderately wheaty and fruity (citrus, banana) with light spicy phenols. Sweet, slightly acidic flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonated mouthfeel. Slightly yeasty, slightly grainy taste with a moderate wheat-character, also citrus fruity; a bit slim and sour, wheaty and fruity finish. Average Hefeweizen.
