Langer, weich malziger Nachgeschmack. 8/9/10/10/8/10

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish, where the straw note lingers.

(bottle, 50cl, 5.2% abv) Clear, bright amber colour with a dense medium-sized off-white foamy head. Roasty malty with notes of caramel and Bavarian Blockmalz. Sweet and slightly roasty bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Roasty malt-character with caramel and earthy notes; medium-dry, roasty and sweet-bitter finish with light herbal hoppy notes. Rather an unfiltered Dunkel than a classical Kellerbier. 30.IV.10
