Mohutná sněhem pokrytá antarktická sopka s výškou bezmála 3800 m nás inspirovala k uvaření silnější zimní IPA. Použili jsme pestrou sestavu chmelů: Amarillo a Columbus do varu, Stratu a Mosaic na whirpool a oba dva plus navíc Nelson Sauvin a Simcoe na dryhop. Výrazné ovocně chmelové aroma potěší v každém doušku a silnější základ příjemně zahřeje i v zimě.

Yellow body, with a medium head.
Aroma of passion fruit, citrus, resin, moderate pine, some caramel. Tastes similar, super crisp.
Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonaton. Finishes smooth, bitter, citric, resinous, piney.
Super crisp, quaffable west coast IPA how I love it! Perfectly balanced and clean, with lots of fruits, but also lots of bitter and resinous notes.

500mL can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of resinous and piney hops, some tanginess, and some dankness. Flavour is robust, with lots of resinous and piney hops, a touch of tanginess, melon, and a fairly crisp biscuity malt backbone. Wonderfully hopped, with a clean body and vibrant expression. Excellent.

Clear golden with a white head. Lightly dank up front followed by sweet malts, citrus, pine. Medium bodied. Finish has a touch of bitterness. It’s a fine beer but missing a step or two for being a DIPA.

Tap at BeerGeek. Medium body, medium carbo. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness. Feels like a classic DIPA not made entirely well, not dry enough, too sweetish, moderately caramelly. Med-high citrusy, exotic, also lots of general estery fruitiness though, feels like stressed yeast. Overall not bad, but just not great either. Lets say goodish.

On tap at BeerGeek Bar. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Tons of pine and gooseberries on the nose. Flavour has tons of tangy berries, some sterile pine. Very nice.
