Juchu, máme Peacherine! Když nás oslovili novozélandští pěstitelé Freestyle Hops, zda s nimi nechceme uvařit kooperační pivo, a že by nám mohli poskytnout trochu jejich nedostatkového chmele Peacherine, neváhali jsme ani chvíli. Uvařili jsme New Zealand Pilsner, který přináší vysokou pitelnost, a díky použitým chmelům výrazné aroma broskví, nektarinek a mučenky.

Yay, we have Peacherine! When New Zealand hop growers Freestyle Hops approached us to brew a collaboration beer and offered us a bit of their rare Peacherine hops, we didn’t hesitate for a second. We brewed a New Zealand Pilsner that delivers exceptional drinkability and, thanks to the hops used, a bold aroma of peaches, nectarines, and passion fruit.

On tap at the Sibeeria taproom. Pours clear pale blonde with a white head. Tons of NZ hops on the nose; white wine and tangy berries. Flavour has crisp cracker malts, great tangy from the NZ hops, a bit grassy. Not the cleanest NZ hop expression, but still very nice.

Canned. Pale golden body, lively carbonation, off-white, thick head. Perfumey berry, peachy, and floral notes over NZ herbal touches in the sweetish, pleasant aroma. Sweetish taste, peachy notes, bit floral, soft malty backbone, solid herbal bitter finish, maybe bit shakily integrated profile-wise, but not enough for the beer to be anything less than highly enjoyable. Good stuff by all means!

500ml Can - Yellow with a foamy white head. Citrus, grapefruit, peach and hop resins in the aroma. Hoppy and resinous taste with tea, peach, gooseberries, grapefruit and citrus. Hints of white grapes in the finish.

Tap at Maly pivo. Thin body, medium carbonation. Rather high bitterness, low sweetness, quite dry. Lots of stone fruits, but also gooseberry, a bit grassy, white winey. Tasty, quite good, very easy drinking.
