Reviewed from notes.
Can to mug
Appearance: glossy yellow to golden color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: herbal to floral hop notes with some honey malty tones and a slightly biscuity tone about it
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a well refined malty quality; finishes clean and malty with a slight dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, very sessionable; extremely smooth along the tongue but just enough to remind me this still feels like a beer
Overall: very nicely done Helles lager well worth coming back to.

Canned 2/10/25, drunk 3/28/25.
Clear, deep brass-golden. Large, white head, good retention.
Nose is about as good as they come. Beautifully-soft, yet expressive and highly aromatic hops give all sorts of herbal qualities with very light, feathery floral notes, as well. Very light, dainty honey from the malt balances gently and the beer is immaculately clean.
Crisp and well-hopped with the return of the intense herbal qualities and a healthy, but not-overdone bitterness. Rich honey-like malt qualities with bits of cracker/biscuit and more rustic grain leading to a crisp finish that shows ample dryness. I find myself gulping the stuff down. As usual, insane amount of malt depth and flavor for its size. To be constructive, maybe just a touch more dryness and snappiness on the finish and it would be damned near perfect.

Pours clear gold into a willi. White head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Cracker and sourdough aromas. Crisp with sweet straw and sourdough upfront turning to earthy citrus pith in the dry, medium length finish.
