Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, straw, and an off-note that I can’t put a name to. Served too cold. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Esbjerg Beerfestival. As no 157. A hazy, golden-orange beer with an off-white head. Hints of cellar on the nose, with citrusy hops and malty sweetness blending nicely. Matly sweetness, some fruits and citrus in the mouth, full-bodied and pleasantly bitter. Dry, bitter finish. It’s a nice beer indeed, but far from the most interesting of Bøgedal beers. 091023

Bottle at EsBF09. Mild citric aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small white head. The flavour is malty, has a little paper and wet hops, but in the nice way. Slightly sweet with a good mild fruitiness, mango or something. Nice.
