Bottled (as 0151, from Ölkonsortiet, Aalborg). Hazy deep golden/orange/brown colour with small slightly off-white head. Aroma is nuts, berries, grains and some yeast. Flavour is berries, fruits, some acidic wooden notes as well as mild grassyness. The acidicness feels a bit like an infection is going on.

corked bottle at home, as No 151. bottle was opened using only ecological and manual methods. hazy red/brown with a smooth offwhite head. hoppy, slightly fruity aroma. aroma is full. flavor is very slightly sour, orange, a little hoppy, vanilla, lots of flavors actually. ends sweet and in the very end goes slightly bitter. long bitter and lightly fruity aftertaste. good sort of experimental beer, but not fantastic. as usual great quality and craftmanship from bøgedal.

Thanks to the anonymous donor on the parking lot!! Marks for appearance as average, tasted under dark conditions. Tasted as N° 151 Oxydized malts, caramel in the nose. Oxydized repeated in the taste, bubble gum and other esters, bit messy, less but still present caramel. Medium bodied, feel as from fruit juice, slick. Not a real succes.

Bottle, 75cl corked at Kolding Ølmesse. (as 0119) Pours an unclear, brown body with a minimal beige head. Oxidation, caramel sweetness and fruityness in the aroma. The flavor is quite oxidized and caramel sweet too, and there’s also a nice bitterness, becoming more evident in the finish. Some notes of alcohol too. Full body and long finish. There’s obviously very different opinions on this beer. Anyhow, I like it. (080229)
