On cask at The Hope Taop (JDW), Reading. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma: doughy malts, honey, toffee, floral. Taste: light sweet & moderate bitter, orange, citrus zest, grassy hints. Medium bodied, soft carb, light sweet finish. Another dull goldeen ale, there are so many....

Cask at the Pup and Duckling, Solihull. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a long-lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light lemon citrus, light hop bitter. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a smooth malt, zesty citrus, woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask (handpump) @ Smithfield Hotel & Bar, Manchester, England M4.Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sour malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. (IMO to old) (290708)
