Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized longlasting foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, floal, mild citrus and spruce tones. Flavour is zesty, some slight spicy tones with mild lemongrass and some wooden tones. Quite dry and also a nice bitter kick in the finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with a dense, white head leaving laces. Lightly sweetish, flowery noise. Light body with disgusting accents of burned plastic and rubber. Astringent and bitter finish. 050109

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Yeasty, mild fruity hops aroma quite inviting. Plastic, peaty and smoked flavoured on top and behind the mild fruity hops note. Spiced and dry/light smoked finish.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm, 6 Sep 2008) Golden colour with foamy, lasting, white head. Fruity, floral nose with fresh notes of citrus and flowers, hints of yeast and spices. Very fresh aromas. Fruity taste with orange, lemon and floral, spicy hops in the finish. Solid malt foundation. Rather dry. Spicy and fresh. Very nice.

Bottle, Carringtons,Chorlton. Poured a pale golden colour with a thin white head. Fragrant hop aroma with some fruit and spice in the mix. Flavour peppery and spicy with a healthy dash of hop and citrus. Quite different, and it works. Finish was as dry as King Tut’s flip flop. In the immortal words of Larry David ’ Preeettyyyy Good !!! ’

750ml bottle from Londis Westholme stores, Goring on Thames, Oxon 03-05-08 Light-mid golden in colour with white head. Some pepperyness, galangal and light spiciness in the mouth, and spicey hops and woodiness on the nose. Finishes quite dry and with a nice flurry of bitterness, very good yet again from Wagtail.
