Bottle. Pours clear golden with an irregular off-white head that recedes very quickly into a thin layer. Good lacing. The aroma is herbal, Mediterranean spices, sage, rosemary, basil, parsley. Some spruce sap. Flowery, and a bit malty. Borderline medicinal or hospital, unfortunately rather on the wrong side of the border. The taste is on the sweet side, subdued bitterness, more from the herbs and sap than hops. Long sweet finish.Odd, not bad per se, but certainly not an IPA.

50cl bottle @hotel in Nyborg, Denmark. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Lots of rosemary in aroma, flowery, spicy. Flavor has sweetness, rosemary, some berries and fruity juicy notes. Quote pleasant, rosemary is ok here, not too overwhelming. Not very bitter though. Medium bodied.

Bottle from Brugsen, Copenhagen - golden pour with white head. Sweet fruity and malty aroma and taste, lots of floral herbal hoppyness, overall not a bad supermarket beer.

Clear golden, airy white head. Peachy hop aroma. Flavour has hoppy bitterness, caramel and herbal notes - could be the rosemary...

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a smallish white head. Spicy aroma, but not from hops....from rosemary, WTF?? Rich, malty bod, a dry underlying hoppiness if not overly bitter. And throughout the whole thing all this rosemary. This has nothing to do with an IPA whatsoever. 030615

Bottle at KØ15. Spicy hop aroma with a distinct rosemary note. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. Spicy and medicinal aroma. The flavour is malty with a grassy hop note and a herbal touch, distinct rosemary note. Not bad.

Bottle, KØ15. Pours nearly clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops, mwith notes of needles and some mild malty touches. Bitter flavour of hops, mwith pronounced kotes of needles and touches of malt and yeast. Herbal and mildly malty aftertaste. Okay but more interesting than delicious.
