Bottle 750ml. @ [ TTOD(U)RBSG17 - The Tenth Official Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017 ] @ fonefan - Brugmansia house, Denmark. [ As Stronzo Mon Cherie ].Clear light to medium red amber colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, almonds, tart, cherry, marzipan. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart, almonds, cherry, cherry stones, almond essence, marzipan. Bottle, 7.7%. Hazy dark red/ruby with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, berries, cherries, marzipan and lemon. Flavour is malt, cherries, berries, marzipan, lemon, little sweet, citric, little sour, sour and dusty.

Sampled @ The Tenth Official Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017, Day 2. A almost clear reddish orange beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of tart cherries, lactose and some strawberries. Taste of tart cherries and strawberries, lactic, some vinegar.

Bottle, TTOD(U)RBSG17. Nearly clear dark amber, small white head. Almond, cherry kernel aroma. Sour flavour, malty and phenolic with some marzipan.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. A bit unclear red amber color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste are moderately sour, cherries, red fruits, medium dry finish. There’s some fruitiness in there still so it’s not just sour all the way. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering. Nice head with good duration. Color is reddish amber. Aroma and taste are marzipan, cherries, lactose acid, fruits and malt. Nice sour finish.

8 3 8 3 16 Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering ’17. Hazy reddish brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of tart cherries, candied cherry and woody notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy red with a dissipating reddish head. Rich cherry aroma combined with a solid funkiness. Medium body, very rich and tart cherry notes, with some astringent yeastiness and sulphur. Ends rather dry. A very good Danish produced Kriek - because that is what it is. 130614

Bottle split at Bruce’s festival of beer, thanks to Kenny - King of Danepak, 08/04/14. Hazed cherry red with moderate crimson spotting. Nose is tarte cherry, light bery fruit skin, musty wood ring. Taste comprises cherry drops, tarte cherry lickings, light dry rot, straw, hint of acidity. Medium body, fine carbonation, drying tarte berry cessation to the party. Solid stuff.
