Cask at The New Oxford, Manchester. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt and light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of butter and citrus, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish.

Cask @ The New Oxford, Salford, Manchester M3. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty slightly grainy aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sour malt, butter notes, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090122]
