Summer. Session. Summer. We wanted to brew a low ABV beer for the summer and the Aussie hop called Summer got our creative juices flowing… we paired it up with a little US Amarillo in the boil followed by a generous Amarillo dry hop addition. Apricot from the Summer, citrus from the Amarillo, with a refreshing bitter finish… ‘summer in a glass’

Bottle @ Vinomondo, Conwy. Golden with a small head. Hoppy ale, with a fruitiness in both aroma and taste, but a very bland one.

Keg at the Eebria taproom - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The aroma holds some pale grains, lemon rind, hay. Light sweet flavour with biscuity pale malts, soft rindy bitterness, more pale grain, slight melon. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish, with notes of grapefruit, lemon rind, more crispy biscuit. Enjoyable beer.

On tap at the eebria tap room. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour a bug old frothy creamy white head. Aroma is pale bready grains, tangy citrus pineapple, wheat. Palate is frothy, grainy, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of light grains tangy citrus, pineapple, crisp grains, little mineral. Decent.
