11th December 2008. Clear brown ale. Very low carbonation. Appley toffee beer. Manages to be both sweet and sour. Tastes okay but possibly not quite ready.

Cask (handpump) @ The Black Friar, 174 Queen Victoria Street, Greater London England EC4.Clear light to medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dark berry, plim, prune, apple, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090103]
