Mysto Wave is a hop-driven, light-bodied West Coast pale ale that features bold flavors and aromatic complexity. With New Zealand-grown Nelson Sauvin hops paired with Citra and Citra Cryo hops from the Pacific Northwest, it bursts with aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, and a subtle hint of diesel. On the palate, tastes of orange, pineapple, and pine unfold, followed by a dry, refreshing finish.

Clear golden copper with a white head. Tropical, citrus, light pale malts, a touch sweet, melon. Medium bodied. Finish has a zesty bitterness. Very nice.

US Pint, draft, in a Beach Hut Deli on 28th March 2025. Slight haze to the golden body, white head, very cold when poured. Citrus front to the nose and taste, got better as it warmed in the glass. Watched a stolen lorry pursuit on a News Channel while drinking it, great coverage from a helicopter.

Draft at Pure Project, Carlsbad, 21st February 25. This was a free pour from the barmaid, who also downed a glass herself, not bad for a Friday morning. Pours pretty clear. Aroma is tropical and citrus. Taste is clean and refreshing, citrus and aromatic

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tons of tangy white wine-like hops, some melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with lots of tangy hops, some bright melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Bright, tangy, and bitter. Very good.

473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Lots of tangy Nelson, bright tropical fruit, and caramel malts on the nose. Flavour has pithy citrus, tropical fruit, tangy berries, dry white wine. Very nice hop expression.
