Bière au goût évolutif et explosif, à l’arôme puissant de coriandre et de sarrasin lui conférant une densité démente.
Explosive beer with evolved taste and with the strong aroma of coriander and buckwheat giving it an insane density.

hazy amber/orange color. small head, that dissipaes quickly. Lots of spices in the aroma, some corrander, and a touch of cloves. MUch more of the same in the flavour with some yeastiness to it. Hmmm......not much on the german style of a weizen, more like a dark belgian wit.

Toujours aussi bonne qu’avant celle-ci... Ça manque un peu d’effervescence mais pour le reste, tout y est.

Bottle from the supermarket. It pours a golden honey orange with a thick foamy beige head. The aroma is bready fruits & spices - delish. Med-full bodied with a sharp round carbonation. The taste is sweet, spicy buckwheat(soba) as well as fruity. This was my first soba beer and still my favorite. I’ll miss you Montreal I hope to be back soon...

Some bar on tap: Pours light copper with white head. Aroma is spice and fruit, very much like a Belgian witbier. Taste is sweet, with banana and plenty of spice. I would not have guessed that this had different kinds of malts. It was easy drinking, but nothing phenomenal.

This buckwheat beer poured a nice amber colour with next to no head. Scents include light hop, yeast and light spice. First swig was very watery with flavours of malt and honey. Finish is mildly hoppy with a medium flavour.
