Cask at the brewpub. Clear golden coloured pour with a sticky loose white head. Aroma is nice lively floral citrus with some grainy wheat. Flavour is grainy malt, tangy citrus, orange peel, assertive slightly rough bitterness. Palate is medium dry, fairly light, moderate carbonation. Decent enough bit rough round the edges.

Cask handpull at The George on The Strand. Clear gold thin bubbly white head. It’s an ok golden ale. Not too exciting. Some peach and apricot flavours. Not in great condition but its got some hop sting. It’s fine even quite likeable. Ok bitterness on the finish.

Cask at the Florence, London on 1st June 2011. Clear amber with white foam and part-lacing. Sweet fruity/caramel aroma. Malt and light hoppiness in-mouth with floral and fruity notes continuing along with some cheesiness. Pleasant lightly saline mouthfeel and a bittersweet lingering finish.

Cask (handpump) @ The Florence, 131 - 133 Dulwich Road, London, England SE24.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, grapefruit, orange, soap. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20081229]

Cask at The Cock and Hen Fulham 4 Feb 08. Pale golden colored. A tiny off white head. Strong fruity aroma. Flavor of grapefruit. Dry, fruity aftertaste. Refreshing.
