Appearance: hazy red with a one finger tall pinkish head of low retention. Aroma: Fresh raspberries, kefir, wheat bread, distant spicey notes. Taste: Light sweet, light to medium sour. Raspberries, kefir, citric acid, wheat bread. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, lively carbonation. Overall: OK
