Bière bouteille 33 cl, achetée au Beer Institute à Bucarest. Couleur ambrée claire, jolie mousse un peu beige. Au nez, caramel et malt. Au goût, pain grillé, arrière-goût amer pas très agréable, un peu comme un médicament aux plantes ou de la Suze, légère présence de fruits, peut-être confits, confiture d'abricots, mais cela reste subtil. Elle est globalement plutôt correcte.

JUL-2019. Cloudy, somewhat muddy amber, nice head. The aroma is restrained caramel malts and some spicy hops - not sugary at all, but still has that amber character. Simlar taste - caramel, but kept at bay, soft piney bitterness. A slight bready cheesy note - the only minor problem. 3,4/5.

APR-2018. Batch #2. Clear amber, off-white head. Light caramel, more like macerated cereals. Harsh boozy taste with some caramel thrown in. Nope, still massively flawed. At least it looks better now. 5-4-4-2-8=2,3.



JAN-2018. BOTTLE 50 CL from Berero. Murky dull muddy brown, diminishing head. Smells ok - vague fruit and jam, sweet bread or muffins, a touch of fresh zucchini. Dry harsh astringent flavor with no particular flavor. Light woody bitterness. A beginner's homebrew. 5-2-4-2-8=2,1
