Biergenuss wie zu Urgroßvaters Zeiten: Die Rezeptur für unser naturtrübes Sternquell Kellerbier stammt noch aus dem Jahr 1857 und wurde von unseren Braumeistern behutsam gepflegt und Jahr für Jahr verfeinert. Der weiche, vollmundige Geschmack unserer bernsteinfarbenen Bierspezialität ist wahrlich einzigartig im Sternquell-Sortiment – damals wie heute.

Bottled 500ml. -from Heiloo Getränke Leipzig, shared with Hrabren. Hazy amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, bready and light yeasty nose. Yeasty, bready, light fruity and touch of caramel with mild spicy notes in the finish.

0.5 l bottle, thanks to Ogi who brought it from Leipzig. Unclear amber, off-white head. Light grainy, bready and lightly spicy. Light grainy, spicy flavour. Some bready sweetness, some caramel and spice. Creamy texture, light body, moderate carbonation, light finish, minimal bitterness.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Przeterminowane piwo a takie pozytywne robi wrazenie ze hej. Po pierwsze wielka trwala spora czaoa piany. Biszkoptowo pigwowy aromat. W smaku mnostwo opiekanych tostow, nieco karmelu. Niewiele goryczki, no alez coz wymagac to kellerbier w koncu. Spora metnosc do tego.

Leicht trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit ordentlicher beiger Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht röstmalzig, Karamell, getreidig, floral. Geschmack leicht nach Karamell und leicht röstmalzig, etwas wässrig werdend, leicht grasig.

Sehr vollmundig-komisch. Da es sehr wenig CO² enthält, schmeckt es irgendwie muffig-abgestanden. Der Nachgeschmack ist süßlich-herb mit einer komischen, nicht zu beschreibenden Note. Es bleibt ein muffig-abgestandener Eindruck im Mund zurück! Der Hauptteil ist ziemlich laff und auch muffig

Bottle. Cloudy orange amber, lively carbonation, big offwhite head. Bitterhop and mineral aroma. Medium chewy, fairly sparkly on the palate. Fruity base, light clay, grassy and citric hops, light lemon finish. A few edges, but fairly fresh nonetheless.

Lasting light beige head. Malty aroma. Malty taste with a medium bitterness. The body is medium and has a light citrus hop finish.

bottle from Kaufland DD-Weißig. Hazy amber-golden colour, large white head. Malty, poleasantly yeasty, hints of nuts. Good hoppy finish and aftertaste.
