Bottle 33cl.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, spelt, old malt, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081129]

Bottle: clear, golden, visible carbonation, smaller white foamy layer. Grassy-papery nose, moderate bitter flavour, light to medium bodied. Papery-grainy - again - finish with a slightly lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Not good......

Bottle, 4.5%. Weak vinous aroma, hint of sewer. The flavour has OK malt, a little bread. There is also a hint of dust and faint aroma hoppiness.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Light cornish and cardboardish to grainy. Acidic cornish and bitter with a grainy to grassy note. Not really pleasant. Ends dry and bitter.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of grain and straw. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of hay, leading to a bitter finish.

(33cl bottle) Clear, golden colour with a lacy medium-sized white foam. Slightly sweet strawy malty nose with grassy hops. Bitter flavour, light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Soft malty base with herbal and grassy hops from the start, leading into a dry, moderately grassy and bitter hoppy finish with a delicately grainy and honey-ish aftertaste. Refreshing, well-rounded Pilsener (20.X.08).

Frischer herb-milder und leicht fruchtiger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil etwas herber, dafür untertönig bereits wässrig. Der Hopfen kommt nur wenig zur Geltung, da die Wässrigkeit im Nachgeschmack zu drückend ist, im Unterton kann sich hier ein malzig-bitterer Ton festsetzen.
