Commissioned by Fosca, Hainaut ale with straw blonde colour and malty character with spicy notes, not too much body, finishing a bit phenolic. Not for me.

bottle in Li Crochon glass. pours light hazy golden, white head. Aroma, yeasty, hoppy with some sweet elements, wheat/hay, spices, almost minty and some green tea leaves freshness. Taste, malty, light hops with some citrus notes, yeasty giving the beer a liverly/sparkly palate, some fruits, grains and mid sweet honey notes. Def. a preference for the brune version.
