Pours aclear yellow/golden color, topped with a gig foamy white head. Malty aroma with notes of grains and alcohol. Taste starts sweet, boozy in the body with mild bitterness in the finish. Not nice, too much alcohol presence.

50cl can in a rented apartment in Belgrade. Pours deep golden with a white head. Aroma of malt and alcohol. Sweet and malty with quite noticable alcohol. Too sweet, but drinkable.

Bottled, from Belgrade. Clear deep golden, fairly rich head. Buttery nose with plenty of alcohol. Sweet with some boiled vegetables disolved in sheer booze.Carlsberg-y and absolutely vile!

Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Dose Noten: 6,7,6,5,6,5 - 5,60

Bottle courtesy of and shared with ozujsko (thanks!)Golden colour, golden colour, medium-big white head, went away fast. Faint nose, oily, malty, just a touch sourish and some weak weak notes of alcohol and metal. A mild, fine taste, pleasant chalky maltiness, weak but passable hopiness, sweet, some mild alcohol burn near the end. A bit eggy near the end. Balanced and pleasant but a bit too tame and dull. Reminds me of some austrian pale bocks. Miles ahead of the other two Čelarevo beers that I’ve had.

Bottled(500ml). -Golden coloured, medium to big sized white head that went away slowly, some corn in the nose. The aroma is malty, nice hoppy and slight bready with pleasant mild alcoholic notes in the finish. Surprisingly good ESL, much better than Grom.
