On repart explorer les fonds marins à la découverte de la Fat Hippo, une triple NEIPA giga onctueuse, à la robe soyeuse, chargée en Strata & Riwaka, pour une sapidité puissante, sur des notes tropicales, de passion & de citron vert. C’est tellement frais qu’on en oublierait presque ses 10%, mais attention, avec ça, tu risques de vite virer à bâbord !

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 9 March 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with mango, pineapple, citrus and orange. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, pineapple, peaches, mango, white bread and a mild citric/herbal bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. On the sweet and boozy side, but really creamy and juicy. Very nice.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Hazy yellow body, off-white head. Alcohol, onion and pineapple in the aroma, lightly tart. Alcohol comes out a bit too much in the taste too, lean, sweet, peachy, smooth but too hot to be fair. Okay.
