Quand nos p'tits potes de l'ouest nous ont dit qu'ils venaient par chez nous, on a voulu leur rendre hommage avec une double west coast des familles. Une base sèche grâce au seigle, rehaussée par une bonne dose d'amertume. Le tout surplombé d'un généreux dry hop de Centenial, Sabro et Simcoe, ça risque de te maintenir éveillé all night long !

3/III/25 - 44cl can from La Bièrerie (Illkirch, Strasbourg, FR), shared @ ElManana+1’s place, BB: 1/XII/25, batch: DO925 (2025-225)
Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy off-white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, oranges, some orange peel, a bit floral, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: good bitterness, some tropical fruits, hoppy, resinous, a little malty. Aftertaste: hoppy, resinous, slightly sweet, some oranges, grapefruit, a bit grassy, very bitter, dry finish, a bit resinous. Very decent one!

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Hazy amber body, off-white head. COconut hoppy notes and some maltiness in the sweetish taste. Lean, dry coconut taste, bit malty, ending dry and bitter, some orange comes in, and so does the alcohol. Doesn't look the greatest but a solid take.
