Pilsener znaczy typu pilzneńskiego. Czyli czyste w smaku, słodowe, nagazowane, a przy tym mocno chmielowe, ale uwarzone poza miastem Pilznem. I takie właśnie jest. W zgodzie z zasadami gatunku, prosto z Jabłonowa.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a lot of wet paper bag lager malt. Flavor is pale lager malt with a small wet paper bag but a big vegetal aftertaste. I’m a sucker for eastern Euro lagers that are under $2 a bottle and well, this was one of them. Very soft mouthfeel but a cheaply made lager.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, but also a light skunky note, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
