Den ravfarvede øl har en behagelig og fyldig maltaroma fra den klassiske Münchnermalt afstemt med moderat bitterhed fra den Tjekkiske Saaz-Humle.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A clear, golden beer with some sediments left in the bottle if poured gently. Creamy, finger thick beige head on top. Fruity, resiny nose, quite malty sweet, with hints of beef stock and a tiny sourish touch. The flavor is kicked off by a hint of sourness, but not at an annoying level. It’s soon overpowered by a malt-sugary sweetness blended with fruity, resiny hops. Medium body, a bit sugary-sticky. Sweet, stock-like finish with a nice bitterness. A quite nice beer, but nothing more. Also, there might be a little infection in it. (090328)
