Can. Hazy pale golden body with a nice, foamy white head. Aroma is distinct wheat with yeast, without much banana nor coriander but some citric/lemon touch. Slightly floral as well. Flavor is nice and refreshing wheat, hint of honey and light malt, some citric fruit without much acidity, moderate bitterness. Fine balanced body and flavors as well. Somehow pretty classic no-nonsense Belgium wheat but kinda different and original as well. Enjoyable.

On tap. Foggy classic unfiltered hef look. Sticky thin white head and lacingThis is an American wheat though, none of the traditional German yeast flavors. Nice light pillowy malts and a touch of citrus in the hops. Mellow and soft. Strangely reminds me a bit of the FT original. Malts are a little bready and biscuity
