AROMA: medium-high coffee aroma with a slight pepper character. low neutral sour background. faint strawberry. APPEARANCE: light gold color and slightly hazy. medium-low off-whit head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low coffee flavor with faint strawberries. medium-low bitterness with low neutral sourness. finishes semi-dry and slightly sour. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a fruit sour with coffee a bit unbalanced towards coffee. drinkable though.
