Bottle at home from Saintsbury’s light haze golden colour thin white head. Aroma is light caramel stale malt. Flavour is nutty malt, hint of vinegar. Particularly boring bitter.

500ml bottle from Sainsbury’s. Pours clear golden yellow with a good white head, quite high carbonation, the head stays around for a long time. Aromas is a bit dull... hints of light malt, caramel, butterscotch. Honey is only there if you really look for it, and certainly no lavender. Honey comes through more on the taste, as well as a metallic note. Clearly not bottle-conditioned. Not bad.

I don't know why it's lost my rating for this one. I'll add another full review if / when I have it again. I vaguely recall the lavendar and honey giving it something a bit different and refreshing.

50cl bottle from the Sainsbury’s Beer Hunt 2013 range. No indication that this is bottle-conditioned, it looks and tastes like standard pasteurised fayre. It’s an innocuous amber beer with a thin white head; perhaps a trace of lavender on the aroma; a crisp clean citrus taste; and some reasonable hops livening up the finish, which has some hints of honey and lavendar as advertised. Not bad, and very easy drinking.

Cask at the Kingston Arms, Cambridge on 4th June 2013. Gold with whitish diminishing had and initial lacing. Malty sweet honey aroma. Delicate floral hop and fruitiness in-mouth, with rich delicately sweet maltiness. Malty, sweetish end with berries. Smooth, velvety mouthfeel and medium body. Pleasant.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with huge, firm, frothy, moderately lacing, white head. Fresh, slightly fruity aroma with hints of grass, hay, straw, minimal touch of honey. Taste is initially slightly sweet malty, later predominate strawy, wheaty overtones, Nice and aromatic, especially given its low abv.
