[500ml bottle from The Little Beer Shop, Blofield, Norfolk] Big whiff of sweet malt and fresh, crisp citrus on opening the bottle. Pours a deep gold/amber with a tiny, irregular white head. Slight carbonation yet quite soft mouthfeel. malt and citrus continue in foretaste with some honey. So far, so good, albeit a little watery. But.. oh no... some dry sourness creeps in as you drink more. Sourness fades into a dusty hop finish. An average beer that I wouldn’t particularly choose again.

Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour with small off-white head. Aroma is sweetish bitter wood along with some grassy and flowery notes. Flavour is quite much the same. The wooden notes stay for long in the aftertaste.
