A Brett beer. Over the course of a couple of months, a slow-fermenting wild yeast strain created a plethora of flavors in this subtly complex, but easy drinking beer. Aroma is funky with hints of pineapple and stone fruit. Finishes dry and slightly tart.

Pint pours a hazy gold with some thin white head. Nose has pineapple, herbs, some neutral wood, some dandelion tea. Flavors are the same with some passionfruit tea, citrus now. Finishes dry, tart, easy drinker. 7 3 8 4 14
