Cerveza tipo ale de abadía. De color dorado, amargor medio y alcohol medio-alto. En aroma predominan las frutas blancas y especias. En ella se logra un equilibrio interesante entre el amargor del lúpulo y el dulzor de la malta, obteniendo a su vez notas tanto herbales como afrutadas producto de la levadura. Es una cerveza elegante cuyo sabor persiste en boca.

I drank this beer in Arrequipa. It is a good Belgian Tripel, well balanced, sweet, malty, some hop, sugar, nice touch of alcohol, in 2016, nice hotel and happy to find something else than a cristal in this pleasant city.

33cl bottle at Canas y Tapas in Lima pours a hazy neon yellow with some ringing white head. Nose has grist, candy, tropical fruit, some esters and spice. Flavor has some vanilla cake, candy, tropical fruit, spice, yeast, a little breakfast pastry. Finishes oily and full bodied but not abrasive and not boozy.
