On cask at Friday the Firkenteenth at the Grey Lodge Pub. Translucent purple, brown with zero head. Mild aroma, almost non descript. Flavor is sweet, malty, candy sugar with the pale malts mostly shining through. Thin, watery finish. Too thin in the nose, flavor and finish. Don’t know what the General pulled from his cellar to blend but maybe he should find something better next time.
