2nd January 2009. Very dark brown-black beer. No real head. Dry tangy porter with a strong coffee presence. Somewhat bitter from the coffee but nicely offset by the tangyness.

Black with a lasting off-white head. Cold espresso, ashtray aroma with a chocolate note. Cold coffee flavour, but at least the aftertaste is nice

Dark brown with large beige head. Sweet aroma with loads of roasted malt and coffee notes. So much coffee in the flavor with caramel and a very bitter end.

Bottled@GBBF2008. Deep brown/black colour, mediumsized brown creamy head. Aroma is big espresso coffee... totally dominating. Flavour is very much espresso coffee along with roasted malts and some syrupy sweetness. WOW!
