On tap at SBWF 2010. Clear golden with a medium white head. Not bad for being a Lager, a lot of malt and some fruit. Clean taste with a good bitterness.

Pours deep gold into a stein. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spider lacing to mottle surface. Sour hay aromas. Sour cereal and caramel upfront. Flattening to an abrupt clean finish that then comes back after a few seconds to be a little saazy. Extra points for the very interesting finish.

pours golden straw, thin white head. Aroma is hoppy, floral with hints of fruits and brett. Taste, quite a good hoppy presence with some floral notes coupled with some honey like sweetness. Lightly oxidized, good carbonation and grassy mouthfeel, with light malty finish.

Muddy beige. This has an interesting fruity-bready dynamic. It’s fairly bitter, with a moderate bread presence. The fruitiness remains throughout, but this is the most substantial manifestation of the saaz. Interesting brew.

(On tap) Pours an almost clear golden with a dense, off-white head - almost shaving foam style. Aroma of hops and perhaps a vague whiff of butter. Medium body with good pale malts and a distinct, bitter finish. 180908
