Bourbon Barrel-Aged with Double Coconut and Double Vanilla
Magnum-Only
We created a concentrate with half of the barrel-aged Imperial Stout for BSCV in our infusion tank with all of the flaked coconut and vanilla beans. Then we blended it back into the "plain" base in the brite tank... this is a magnum of the straight concentrate! It contains roughly double the rich toasty coconut and creamy vanilla beans of the "standard" BSCV!

1.5l bottle pours oily black, no head, legs. Cocoa and malt and caramel. Sweet but smooth. Hardly any booze. Not a ton of coconut either which was great for me. Just a lot of 12% beer at once. Even a bottle share struggled to finish this. 7 2 7 3 12
