Pint at the brewery is a deep black with some beige head. Big nutty and roasty nose, molasses, big bread crust and toast. Flavor is big toast and molasses and caramel almonds. Some coffee. Finishes dry, full bodied. Well made.

Draught @ the brewery. Opaque dark brown with a very small frothy beige head, mocha aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter mocha taste with burnt malt flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. A bit too bitter.
